Freeway was found by police. She was tied up to a freeway entrance and taken to the shelter. She had a chain collar that had grown into her skin, almost choking her, and causing raw flesh around her neck. The collar had to be surgically removed. She was also high heartworm positive and had an overall skin infection. Poor girl suffered a lot in her short life. Red Collar Rescue took her into our ,and after months of medical treatment and care, Freeway found a loving forever home!
