Grace was tied up in a back yard with no food, water, or shelter. When confiscated by HPD, she was emaciated, covered in fleas, suffering from mange, eye and ear infections, was heartworm positive, and obviously had several litters of puppies in the past.
Since being rescued, Grace has been treated for all her illnesses and been vaccinated, spayed and micro-chipped and is a happy healthy gal with a new lease on life! Now she is all smiles and the apple of her mom’s eye.
Her case is under criminal investigation.
