Trey ended up in the shelter and was limping on his front left leg, which put him immediately on the kill list. We pulled him to safety in the nick of time! X-rays revealed he had a dislocated elbow and a fractured ulna. Unfortunately, during orthopedic surgery it was discovered that the damage was too far gone, so his leg had to be amputated. But this did not slow Trey down, and he kept on smiling!
