Tiger was removed from his former owner’s home by local authorities due to animal cruelty. He was being kept on a heavy chain in their yard with zero access to food, water or shelter. Knowing that Tiger was too gentle a soul to survive at the pound, an officer asked RCR to help and of course we stepped in for this affectionate soul.
Tiger has been adopted into a loving home where is learning for the first time in his life that humans can be kind and life is good!
