Puglsey’s journey started on death row at the shelter with a broken left rear leg. This little 5-month-old, 11 lb pup needed orthopedic surgery with several steel pins to reposition and secure the bone fragments.
Thanks to RCR and the generosity of supporters, Pugsley made it through surgery and recovery went smoothly. Despite his injury, his sweet personality shone through, and he quickly stole the hearts of his foster family.
Today, Pugsley is all healed and ready to start the New Year with his forever family! He’s running, jumping, playing, and cuddling to his heart’s content, showing everyone that a little broken leg can’t stop a big spirit. ❤️
