While we were at the shelter, we met this adorable little girl, Weasel. She was an owner surrender due to no fault of her own. We couldn’t leave her behind to an unknown fate, so we pulled her to safety and she became a member Red Collar Rescue.
This little low rider is about 3 years old and 21 pounds. Looks like she has some Corgi or maybe a little Pug or ? Whatever her mix, she is super cute and loving! She is house-trained and crate-trained and walks well on a leash. Just too adorable for words!
Weasel has a condition known as diabetes insipidus, which requires twice daily eye meds, which are very easy to give. This condition is not contagious and does not shorten their life span.
