Tobias was rescued by a concerned couple at a Wal-Mart parking lot. He was starving, skinny and unkempt. Unable to locate an owner, they cared for him at their home then contacted Red Collar to help find him a new family.
Tobias loves attention so much so that he may prefer to be the only dog so he can have your undivided attention. He currently lives in a home with other dogs and does fine with them – he just likes being the center of things.
Tobias is sweet, friendly and always happy. He loves toys, treats, cuddles and walks. He has been around older kids (over 10) and enjoys their company.
Tobias is crate trained and working hard on potty training.
