Welcome SYKES to the Red Collar Rescue Family!
Sykes, named after the famous dog actor from the UK with similar looks, is an adorable little gal! She is approx 7 months old and 17 lbs. as of May 2022.
Sykes was spotted by one of our volunteers hiding out in a vacant lot. It took a few days and some yummy food, but Sykes finally warmed up enough to trust her new human friend. Off to the vet she went! She has been fully vetted…vaccines, spay, microchip, etc… and is learning that life in a home is much better than life on the street!
Sykes is still afraid of new people and needs some time and patience, but she absolutely loves other dogs! Sykes is ready for adoption, and a home with a doggie sibling or 2 will be a must!

Adoption applications can be submitted on our website, redcollar.org.
