Introducing SEVEN as in “Lucky #7″
This girl has quite the story to tell! We are not sure how, but she ended up in the middle of rush hour traffic on a busy freeway! A good Samaritan braved his way through traffic to save this frantic girl dodging in and out of cars. He was finally able to get Seven into the far left hand lane. A nice lady stopped and handed the man a slip lead, and another person in a truck picked them up and got them off the freeway and out of harm’s way.
Red Collar Rescue was contacted and we took Seven into our program! She went immediately to the vet. She was limping and had soft tissue damage, but luckily no broken bones.
Seven has a gorgeous shiny black coat and looks like a black Labrador! She is approx 1-2 years old and 55 lbs and sweet as can be. She is perfectly well-behaved in a home. Seven is calm and gentle, crate-trained and house-trained, walks well on a leash, and loves people and other dogs. She is a bit timid with new people, but warms us quickly! Seven will be a dream come true for her new family! Please visit www.redcollar.org for more information on adoption procedures.
