Hello! My name is Sequoia! I was a homeless pup trying to survive on the mean streets of Houston, when a nice lady came along and took me in. She contacted Red Collar Rescue who agreed to help me find a loving forever home.
I’m just a young gal at 1 & 1/2 years old and 23 lbs. I have a gorgeous merle color coat, and adorable little short legs. My heritage might include some Corgi or Dachshund. But whatever it is, I’m just a little cutie, which you will see when you meet me!
I am a tad bit shy with new people, but I warm up quickly. I like belly rubs, snuggles on the couch, fetch, tug-of-war, and playing chase! I enjoy the company of other K9 kids who are on the gentle side. I am also house-trained and crate-trained and walk well on a leash.
