Sadly, animal cruelty never ends. Sabrina was severely injured by two .45 caliber bullet wounds to her left rear leg. Her femur and tibia were splintered into numerous pieces, making it difficult to save her leg. She underwent two complex orthopedic surgeries, and has metal plates and pins holding her leg together. She is doing much better than ever expected, and using her leg almost perfectly!
Sabrina is a happy girl who enjoys playtime with her foster siblings and lounging with her humans too! Despite what she has been through, she is very sweet and loving! Sabrina is just 20 lbs & 2 years old with a gorgeous fluffy black coat! We will never understand the mindset of the cruel person who shot her. But that is in the past, and she is moving forward!
