At only 2 yrs old and 28 lbs, Otto has endured terrible cruelty. He was shot and his right shoulder and front leg were shattered into numerous pieces making it impossible to be save his leg, and requiring amputation. But Otto has adjusted well to life as a tripod. He can even keep up with his younger foster siblings!
