George is extremely sweet and handsome! We did a DNA test on him and got back his results…he is 100% Standard Poodle! Never would have guessed it when we first rescued him! He was missing a significant amount of hair and had bad skin, ear, and eye infections, and was loaded with fleas, ticks, internal parasites and more.
George and his partner, Martha Washington, a tiny Chihuahua, were both rescued on Memorial weekend from an area known to be a dumping ground for unwanted animals. They have come amazingly far with great vet care and TLC in a loving foster home!
George is approx 7 years old and 60 lbs. He adores being petted and playing ball! He walks well on a leash, is house-trained, and gets along with dogs of all sizes. He will be a great fur companion to his new BFF!
