Red Collar Rescue got a phone call from a police officer for help one evening just before the Houston winter storm. Some horrid person dumped a litter of puppies in a ravine. It took several days to find all three pups. Forest was the first pup we found, and he is now the first pup of the litter adopted! His foster family fell quickly in love with him, and made him a permanent part of their family! We could not be happier, as we know Forest will now have the BEST LIFE ever! ?
