CHURCH’S transformation has been amazing! He was dumped in a church parking lot the day before Christmas Eve. He was so matted it was impossible to even tell his age or gender, and he was scared to death! RCR was contacted and we took him in immediately. With proper vet care and a loving foster home, this little 1 year old 10 pound boy is flourishing! We are guessing he is a Poodle / Westie mix! But whatever his heritage, he sure is a cutie patootie!
