Hello to all you Husky Lovers!! It’s hard to believe this gorgeous gal was on death- row! She was picked up by animal control and ended up at the shelter. She was very stressed at the shelter, and afraid to let anyone near. We rescued her and placed her into an experienced foster home where she has learned to trust and become very loving!
Chowder is approx 2 years old and 40 lbs. She is house-trained and crate-trained. She gets along well with other dogs. A person that professionally shows Huskies, met Chowder and feels she is a pure-bred Husky. Chowder would be best in a home with someone who has previous Husky experience and understands the breed’s temperament and is willing to take care of her gorgeous coat! She can be head-shy sometimes, and would be best in a home with no children.
