CADET was rescued from a vacant field on July 4th. He was only 3 lbs and a few weeks old. Cadet was anemic, dehydrated, malnourished, loaded with hookworms and coccidia, and had sarcoptic mange. All these things are curable with the right medical care, but left untreated he would have died.
Cadet was named in honor of our veterans and July 4th! He fought an uphill battle, and he won!
Cadet went to a loving foster home who nursed him back to health, fell in love with him, and adopted him! xoxo!
