Hi, my name is Baxter. My foster parents named me that because Anchorman is my favorite movie, and I really want to have my own Ron Burgundy to love some day. I found my foster parents after my old adopters didn’t want me anymore, and left me running on the streets of Houston.
I take a little while to trust new people, but I like REALLY love my foster parents. They gave me some hot dogs. Do you have any hot dogs?! Mommy said she wishes she could keep me, but they already have two large doggies and two kitties. I really like all four of my foster siblings! I get to play with the other doggies all day and even though one of them is four times my size, we are best buds. Did you know that I’m the smallest of my pack? I’m the fastest and I love to run. Maybe we can run together sometime? I wish I was able to play with the kitties more, but they sleep a lot so I don’t see them much. I haven’t been around kids yet, so I don’t know how I will feel around them.
