Hello! My name is Speckles!

I have been told that I am about 10 months old (as of Feb 2024), about 30 pounds, and some kind of Hound mix. I am an extremely affectionate little girl with normal puppy energy! I don’t remember exactly where I came from, but I was living on the street my best friend, Munchkin, scrounging for food when a nice couple took us in and gave us shelter.  They brought me to the vet, who said I was way too skinny! I was very brave while they gave me all my vaccines, spayed me, and treated me for some minor issues.

I love walks, playtime, and belly rubs, and will take any chance I can get to sneak a kiss. I am very friendly and would probably do well with older children and other animals.  More than anything, I would love to be adopted by an active person or family who has the time and energy to handle a puppy. I would love to stay with Munchkin, my best friend and soul sister if possible. Or at least to have another K9 kid in my family!
