When Mogli was found, he had suffered severe burns along his entire back, an act of cruelty at the hands of humans. His injuries required immediate emergency care and intensive daily wound treatment for more than two weeks at the ER.
The case is currently under investigation by the Harris County Animal Cruelty Task Force.
Despite the unimaginable pain he endured, Mogli remained incredibly gentle and sweet with everyone who cared for him throughout his recovery.
Today, Mogli is safe, loved, and living with a wonderful forever family, finally getting the life he always deserved.
