Intentionally burned all down his back, at the hands of humans. Mogli required intense daily wound care treatment for more than 2 weeks at the ER. This case is under investigation by the Harris County Animal Cruelty Task Force. Despite his horrible experience, Mogli remained sweet to everyone, and now has a wonderful family for the rest of his life!
