Miley was turned into the shelter by a citizen who said they saw her get hit by a car. She was injured and unable to walk, and ended up on the kill list. We partnered with Sav-a-Pet rescue to get this little gal to safety!
X-rays revealed a curvature of the spine and multiple pelvic fractures. Vet recommendations were to give her crate rest, instead of rushing into immediate surgery. This was a great call, as she started to heal well on her own, and was already acting like a normal puppy!
Miley is only 4-5 months old and 10 lbs. Possibly a Jack Russell Terrier mix or some other breed of cuteness!
Miley has fully recovered and is an active happy puppy! Her new parents think she hung the moon, and are spoiling her like crazy! Miley is surely living her BEST LIFE ever!
