Mary Ann – Recovered & Adopted

Mary Ann was turned into the shelter severely ill, along with Gilligan. Had a life-threatening infection and severe anemia, requiring a blood transfusion and emergency surgery. Was found to have anĀ infected uterus and dead puppies in her womb, and almost died fromĀ sepsis. After a lengthy hospital stay, Mary Ann fully recovered and is living the good life with her new family!

Mary Ann was turned into the shelter alongside Gilligan. She was critically ill and fighting for her life. She was severely anemic and suffering from a life-threatening infection that required an immediate blood transfusion and emergency surgery.

During her evaluation, veterinarians discovered an infected uterus with deceased puppies, and she was dangerously close to going into full septic shock.

Mary Ann spent an extended period in the hospital receiving intensive care, but she proved to be incredibly strong.

Against the odds, she made a full recovery, and today, Mary Ann is thriving in a loving forever home, finally living the safe and happy life she always deserved.
