Tiny, trusting Marvin was founding screaming in pain in a storm drain. Someone had dumped him there after cutting off his tail. Red Collar Rescue healed this little boy’s heart while the medical care of Sav-a-pet eased his pain, surgically repaired his open wound, and fought off a nasty infection. Marvin is now healed and living the good life with his new mom in Washington State!
