Hulk came to us clinging to life after a devastating attack by a much larger dog. At just 1 year old and 7 lbs, he arrived with lacerations, pulmonary contusions, and a broken sternum, injuries that required immediate ER care and 24/7 monitoring.
Over the following days, Hulk underwent critical medical treatment and spent months in a medical foster home, where he received tender care, crate rest, and the patience needed to heal both physically and emotionally. Despite his trauma, Hulk’s sweet, affectionate personality never wavered, he even loved giving kisses during recovery.
Thanks to the dedication of our team, foster families, and supporters, Hulk made a full recovery. And just in time for the holiday season, he found his forever home on Thanksgiving Day, where he now enjoys playtime with other small dogs and snuggles with his loving family.
