Francesca was found as a stray, picked up by Animal Control and taken to a local shelter to be killed. Covered in mange and a severe skin infection, she had given up on life and would not even raise her head. RCR saw thru her outward appearance, and knew that inside her there was a strong heart and soul with a will to live.
After many months of medical care, our gorgeous Francesca is healthy and well and full of spirit in her new forever home!
