Fey was covered in mange, emaciated and running a fever when RCR rescued her from the shelter. We quickly learned that she had a serious and life-threatening condition called Pyometra, which is an infection in the uterus. She had two emergency surgeries, numerous blood transfusions and spent several days in critical care at the ER hospital.
With great vet care and lots of TLC, Fey regained her strength and health, and her gorgeous fluffy coat returned! Fey’s foster parents were totally smitten, and she is now their forever child!
