Rescued from the shelter with an embedded collar, sores all over her body, and a serious skin infection with no hair! Collins underwent surgery to remove the ingrown collar and intensive treatment at the vet clinic! Her neck wound and skin healed, and she grew in a beautiful coat! Collins is approximately 1 year old and 40 lbs, and has found her forever family!
