If you believe you have witnessed animal abuse, cruelty or neglect, please file a report with Harris County Animal Cruelty Taskforce or call 888-7-SETACT. Please note, all reports filed with the Harris County Animal Cruelty Taskforce are reviewed and addressed by an Investigator with the Animal Crimes Unit.
